Hi all! I'm in the process of writing songs with the intent of both cultivating a sense of peace and balance for the listener as well as enjoyment of the music. Here's a rough draft of a song I'm working on called "Cavern". There's also some cute cameos of my dog with a cone around his head :)

This kundalini meditation uses an internal mantra and balances the three hindu aspects of the Divine masculine: Brahma, Shiva, and Vishnu. The meditation generates a tremendous amount of energy and heat in the body which can be channelled for healing.

Do you feel that precious pulsing light inside of you?

Know it

The wave of your own desire which supports every thought which blossoms into being?

Can you feel the crackling of the fire within your own bones?
Can you feel the singing shrieking gasping honoring voice
Of the divine in you which never will take no for an answer?

About the pain and the sorrow

That you have all danced through together
