Do you feel it?
Do you feel that precious pulsing light inside of you?
Know it
Do you know it?
Do you really felt inner knowing which supports your every action?
The wave of your own desire which supports every thought which blossoms into being?
Feel it
Can you feel it?
Can you feel the crackling of the fire within your own bones?
Can you feel the singing shrieking gasping honoring voice
Of the divine in you which never will take no for an answer?

"Tell me the stories which you have kept inside
Wrapped up in their own barbed wire
Protecting yourself from yourself
Why hold these stories to the death inside of you
When you could set them are
Along the ocean
Along the sea
You could set them aflame and light up the whole world
with the divinity that exists in your own shadows
You could welcome these ghosts to your table
They could sit in their finest robes
Eating off of your finest plates and silverware
You could drink the finest wines together
And laugh and discuss late into the night
About the pain and the sorrow
And the troubles
That you have all danced through together

You are the one who came into this world as star dust and you are the one who can connect to the most high
Throughout all realms of time and space
Whatever shadows you face in this moment
They are simply the result of life passing through you
And providing you with the gift of your own self experience
And in that silent moment of perfection
When everything I the world turns as it should be
And you see with your true eyes
That all is well"
