Really easy to make but never tilt your pie toward a camera. Just saying! LOL Like I said before- I don't edit out mistakes--it is life and no one is perfect and if it makes you laugh then maybe it made your day a little less stressful. Recipe Below
Peanut Butter Pie
1 cup Creamy Peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1-1/4 cup confectioners sugar
8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
2 graham crust
chocolate syrup-if desired
If a medium size bowl, mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese. Add the confectioners sugar-starting on low speed. Then add the non-dairy topping . divide and smooth into pie crust. top with chocolate syrup, Make 2 skimpy pies or one huge fluffy pie. I really like to double the recipe and divide it between 3 crust--1 to eat now, one to freeze for later and one to share with a friend.
